01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player" or "you") and the operator of the wn786 platform (hereinafter referred to as "wn786", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the wn786 website at wn786.cam, or using any service offered through the platform — including sports betting, live casino games, virtual sports and all promotional activities — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wn786 platform and close your account.

02 Definitions

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonuses, where applicable.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, virtual event, casino game or other outcome made available on the wn786 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification and document-submission process required to confirm a User's identity, age and source of funds.
• "Platform" means the wn786 website, mobile site, applications and all associated services and content.
• "Services" means the totality of sports betting, live casino, virtual sports, instant games and all ancillary services provided through the wn786 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit, as specified per promotion) must be staked before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's Account Balance to a verified payment method registered to that User's Account.

03 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the wn786 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, to register an Account or use any Service. wn786 is an adults-only platform. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the applicable minimum age, we reserve the right to suspend the Account, void any pending bets and withhold any associated funds pending age-verification review.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You must not register or use the Platform if online gambling is prohibited, restricted or regulated in a manner that would make your participation unlawful in your jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own legal risk, and wn786 accepts no liability in connection with such access.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the wn786 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, under different identities, or for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wn786 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void associated bets and forfeit any Balances held therein.

3.4 Personal Capacity

By registering an Account, you represent that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current registration information, including a valid email address, a secure password and any other details requested during the registration process. You agree to notify wn786 promptly of any change to your registration details.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

wn786 may require you to complete a KYC process at any stage — including before your first withdrawal, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds or at any time we deem verification necessary. KYC documents may include (but are not limited to) a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in temporary Account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wn786 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and settlement of any pending bets. wn786 reserves the right to close an Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering or other prohibited conduct.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

wn786 supports various deposit methods. Familiar Pakistani payment channels — including but not limited to those referencing Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as payment infrastructure examples. These references are contextual only. wn786 does not represent that these providers endorse or support gambling services. Availability of specific deposit methods is subject to change and is confirmed in the cashier section of your Account.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. wn786 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its internal processing schedule. Actual transfer times depend on the payment method selected, your verification status, applicable compliance checks and the policies of the relevant payment provider. No specific processing speed is guaranteed.

5.3 Currency

Where the Platform operates in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), all displayed amounts, minimum deposits, bonus values and withdrawal limits are denominated in PKR. wn786 is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the wn786 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. These rules are available within each market or game title. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the sport-specific or game-specific rules shall prevail.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

wn786 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion — including, without limitation, where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits, where the odds offered were clearly in error, where system errors occurred during bet placement, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

6.3 Palpable Errors

Where odds or game outcomes are published as a result of a manifest error (including human error, system malfunction or data-feed failure), wn786 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. A "palpable error" is defined as a price or outcome so obviously incorrect that no reasonable person could have believed it to be accurate.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and are displayed in the betting interface prior to bet confirmation. Stakes may vary by sport, market, event and Account status. wn786 may apply individual stake limitations to any Account at its discretion.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on wn786 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Those terms form part of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the promotion-specific terms shall govern.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. You must complete the specified wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, maximum bet per round during bonus play, and expiry date are specified in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

wn786 employs monitoring systems to detect promotional abuse. Abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk bets across outcomes to artificially fulfil wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus whoring"); exploiting software errors or loopholes; and collusion between Accounts. Confirmed abuse will result in bonus forfeiture, voiding of associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

wn786 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wn786 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and potential civil or criminal referral:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under the minimum age requirement.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Operating multiple Accounts or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, latency advantages or system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy or other anonymising service to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing wn786 staff or other platform users.
• Reproducing, copying or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the wn786 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations and underlying code — is the property of wn786 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publish, transmit or exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from wn786.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• wn786 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• wn786 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• wn786 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions or security vulnerabilities, although we take reasonable steps to maintain service quality and security.
• All betting and gaming activity is undertaken voluntarily and at your sole financial risk. wn786 is not liable for any gambling losses you sustain through use of the Platform.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit wn786's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by law.

11 Responsible Gambling

wn786 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum you can lose over a defined period.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wn786 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and wn786, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body or competent court, as applicable under the governing law of the Platform's licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.

This Agreement does not constitute any acknowledgement or representation that wn786's Services are lawful in Pakistan. Users access the Platform under their own legal responsibility.
